![]() ![]() While the story is not the focus of Stranger of Paradise, it’s undeniably a huge draw because of how seriously it takes itself. If you’re familiar with that game, saw any of the marketing, or have looked at SquareEnix’s merchandise lately, it’s pretty obvious where this plot is going but I’ll do my best not to spoil anything in case you aren’t. Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is a prequel to the original Final Fantasy, taking place in the same world. Does Chaos truly exist? Or is he just a fairytale? Deemed the Warriors of Light by the King of Cornelia, they journey around the realm to defeat the four fiends and their master, but not everything is as it seems. Chaos must die by his hand, and four strangers share this wish along with a lack of memories. Jack has no memories other than this need – this hunger. Wishlist the game on Store now: ’s time to kill Chaos. ![]() Introducing the minimum and recommended specs to play Stranger of Paradise Origin, Available March 18th. Console players that pre-order will receive early access on March 15th at midnight. Pre-purchasing the game allows for 24 hours early access on PC along with the Braveheart weapon and Lustrous Shield. Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin releases on March 18th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC (which is exclusive to the Epic Games Store). In both cases, you’ll need 80 GB of installation space, which isn’t too far off from the PS5 version’s 70 GB install size. This promises a 1920×1080 resolution at 60 FPS. Recommended requirements include a Ryor Intel Core i7-8700, 16 GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 1660 Super. This will allow for playing at 1280×720 and 30 FPS. Minimum requirements include either an AMD Ryor Intel Core i7-6700 with 8 GB of RAM and either a Radeon RX 470 or GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB. Square Enix has revealed the system requirements for Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin on PC and they’re thankfully not too crazy. ![]()
